What to Expect

We will ask you questions focused on dietary habits, sleeping patterns, energy levels and complaints to understand your unique constitution and health imbalances.

We will also perform a traditional diagnostic evaluation, which involves observing your tongue and taking your pulse. The results help us identify underlying imbalances and get to the root cause of any health issue.

Based on this comprehensive evaluation, we tailor a personalized herbal treatment plan designed to address your specific needs and promote optimal health.

How to Cook Herbs

  • Place herbs in a pot with 7 to 8 cups of cold water and allow to soak for 10 minutes.

  • Place pot on stovetop and bring to the boil, once at boiling point immediately reduce temperature to a gentle simmer and simmer for 50 minutes with the lid ON. Use a timer to remind you.

  • Once the 50 minutes are up, strain the liquid into a container but leave the herbs in the pot as you will brew them again.

  • Now add 3 cups of water to the same herbs and bring to the boil, this time simmer for 15 min only.
Use a timer to remind you. Once the 15 minutes are up mix the remaining tea into the previous tea you cooked. Now discard the herbs. They make great compost if you have one.

  • Place the liquid in the fridge and when you are ready to drink, measure out your dosage and warm it up in the microwave or on the stovetop until it’s lukewarm.

Your dosage will vary between 200—250mL twice daily. The liquid you extract from one bag will last you approximately a few days. When the liquid has finished cook up the next bag of herbs.
